Recently had an alternator failure while on holidays. Phoned Bittkau Auto Care to see if they could help us the next day. They sourced a new alternator while on the phone. Dropped vehicle in at 9am the next morning, was ready by 2pm. As we are in the automotive industry ourselves, we can appreciate the prompt service, and the price was very reasonable.

Good service with phone calls and emails. However I wanted a small dent in the vehicle, with out having to paint at all! It seems they do not use the "dent-less" process, but their advert says they "fix dents" of course! Not that way?

My Ford Escape was booked in for inspection and was impressed by a call from a mechanic asking questions to help diagnose issues. The honest list of works that was far less than expected also saved me $$. Very happy with the repairs that included full auto transmission flush, new bushes, tyres and wheel alignment. Great tyre service by the boys here. Good range of top quality brands available, both tyres and rims. They did a great job on our Toyota, recommending a brand we hadn't used before but have read the reviews and tyres seem to be a great choice for all our driving. We were even able to grab them on interest free finance and pay them off. She feels good on the road, cheers!

They now deal only in Subaru so don't waste your time or theirs unless you specifically want Subaru parts, etc. They also seem a tad unfriendly to people who don't know that their business has changed from what it was previously. They did, however, suggest somewhere else we could go.

Had a problem with the Smart cabriolet roof, and new to the coast, rang Jwff, who said pop in for a looksee. I did so and he fixed it immediately, no appointment, and NO CHARGE !..Not often will you get that service these days. We will be taking our vehicles her in the future . Thanks Jeff...
