Up until the 30 June 2023, if your trailer became too damaged you might have considered it both cheaper and easier to build another trailer. But on the first of July this year the new rules came into effect and now you have to apply online to the Federal Government to get a vin number to build a trailer, and you must include an engineers' report/plans. Trailer servicing should be carried out every 5000km or 6 months. Bearings, brakes, coupling, lights, suspension and chassis all need to be inspected, adjusted, greased and/or replaced. I rang Peter from Alice Springs and detailed the problem I was having with my old Air Commander Heron Q.Yep an oldie.My description allowed him to assess the problem pronto.I was impressed with his knowledge and manner.On arrival in Rockhampton he kept his appointment on time (a rarity nowadays).Another tick mate.He set to work,no 'lets start it to see what the problem is'.His confidence and explanation as I watched was assuring.Again service like that is scarce.Within a gentle 30 minutes it sprung into life.Previous advice had said I was in for a new one at a cost of $4000 replacent.Understand my joy at this experience when it only required a small part and cost less than $200.Can not praise this man's knowledge enough.Thanks Peter

We were having problems with water tanks on Crusader Caravan. Although one tank was full, water was still trying to get in, on mains pressure. Rang Full Moti, and spoke to Jody, told her of problem, and we were at Emu Park. She checked book, and said Moti could be there between 2 and 3pm that afternoon. He rang at 2 30pm, and said he was on his way. Turned up not long after, fixed problem, and at reasonable cost. Many thanks Moti. Would highly recomend. George & Cheryl.
