“Went for lunch today was disappointed, got prawn & bacon skewers as my main meal, prawns undercooked some were still translucent I couldn't eat them, I did tell the waitress who said she would tell the chef, ordered plain schnitzel came out with parmigiana they did change it . Ordered well done eye fillet it was a little undercooked but not too much. We go quite regular so was a little disappointed with our meals today.”

“We recently had dinner at the Waterfire Restaurant at the Boat House Tavern for my birthday and it was wonderful, it's one of my favourite places to eat at, the food is always amazing! The service could be improved as sometimes there are not enough staff on and so it means you have to wait longer for your meals, although this means more drinking and socialising while you wait :)”

“We are new members to the Club so I invited friends to come for lunch. Four of us had steak & unfortunately the sauces were mixed up with one medium which was rare. The staff did change the sauce but obviously they just scraped it off & there was residue on the chips so my friend could not eat her meal. Overall staff are accommodating but a little disappointed overall !”

One staff member in particular has always demonstrated an efficient and very pleasant contact with all her customers. We appreciate her consideration and the lovely reception we get on every visit to your establishment by the lovely Sarah. In these days Sarah is an example of what service is, in every respect.
