Roadcraft Driver Education's commitment is to prevent road trauma by providing effective road safety education to road users of all ages. Roadcraft was established by Rotary in 1979. It was created because of the concern generated by the number of teenagers killed on the areas roads. Roadcraft was officially opened by Peter Brock in 1980 and incorporated in 1984. Since 1979, Roadcraft has been providing education to road users of all ages. Over time, we have developed courses that truly are effective. Corporate clients who have fully embraced Roadcrafts training programs have consistently given excellent feedback on how these courses positively enhance their safe driving practices. We can also adapt our courses to suit individual requirements, eg include a component for driving on rough, unsealed country roads.

Styled to reflect and celebrate the saw-mill that previously stood on the site, and the industrial heritage of Maryborough, Brolga Theatre and Convention Centre has a 919-seat modern auditorium with tiered seating, and a stage that measures 14.7 metres by 13 metres and the latest in technical equipment including a 200-seat flat-floored multi purpose space; a foyer designed to table seat 300; a number of break-out spaces; a computerised ticketing system; and a licensed restaurant and an exceptional staff whose whole aim is to make events, however large or small, memorable and successful occasions. We are a family based club offering a variety of sporting and social activities. Our main focus is Hockey and we have achieved significant success on the Maryborough District Hockey Association competition, at both junior and senior levels. We have produced numerous representative players for Maryborough, Queensland and Australia. Our complex also includes our own training field which is located next to our club house in the Maryborough suburb of Granville. We also offer Beach Volleyball for men, women & mixed teams on Friday nights during our summer season amd have three dedicated courts under lights. We have a fully licensed club with bar and bistro facilities for hockey club, social members and visitors. We believe that we are one of the few clubs in Queensland to be able to offer such facilities.

Marianne Lethbridge and Edward Murray took up the development of this vineyard on 12 October, 2007. In three short years they have transformed a small hobby farm into a recognized tourist destination. There is a myriad of activities available to visitors; starting with award - winning wines of excellence and a manicured six acre working vineyard and including an elegant tasting room incorporating art and sculpture, an attractive al fresco eatery, gift and gourmet gallery, heritage play area, heirloom herb and vegetable gardens, animal patting farm and a sculpture walk. Planted in 2000, this organic vineyard nestles between the gentle slopes of the fertile and productive valleys of the Isis fruit growing area.
