Poor booking experience. Took me a week to get hold of someone after 45 minutes on hold, a callback request and 2 online appointment requests. Finally got through a week later after 15 mins on hold. Receptionist was exceptionally rude when I explained it had taken me a week to get hold of the service. No staff at the desk upon arrival at Williamtown for almost 5 minutes and then 3 finally all came out together. Once finally seen staff were lovley and my sonographer was amazing. Thank you. Bookings and arrivals need more care.
