Younger adults with risk factors,family history and past skin cancer history are also at high risk and are encouraged to have skin checks. I have recently had a skin check from Dr Nada Rhode. She is professional and very thorough. She decided to take 3 biopsies of suspect ‘freckles’. All 3 came back as pre melanomas. Nada was able to remove the one on my knee and made it as paid free as possible. The two on my face she referred me too a highly competent plastic surgeon. I have been beyond impressed with Dr Rhode and would recommend her without hesitation. I have had my appointment time run behind on each occasion I have booked, however I have just rang to confirm if Dr Rhode is running on time and this avoids sitting in the waiting room. I am confident that I am being fully looked after and not palmed quickly due to others waiting.

Over the last 15 months I have been seeing Dr Fernando because of cataracts in both eyes, he was very caring very professional and explained everything including the procedure all the way through. I must admit like most people I was terrified of having the surgery but after the first eye I was keen to get the second one done as there is nothing to be scared of. Dr Fernando and his teem were brilliant and the whole staff at the eye centre couldn't be more professional. My eyes are now like new and I would recommend Dr Fernando to anyone who has cataract problems.
