We are so grateful we found Hegs Animal Daycare. Kayla supports our family looking after our animals when we travel away for holidays and or work. Evie our cavoodle, also hangs out with Hegs during the week when we are caught in a bind and need extra support even at short notice. We have been so impressed with Bowen Pet Motel and the care shown to all of the animals. The facility is very secure and each pet is known and loved whilst in Peter and Joanne’s care. They were easily contactable in business hours and always very friendly, helpful, and professional. This has been the best kennel experience and we highly recommend them to all we speak to! I would not hesitate to trust them with my babies again.

We have used this kennel since it opened in December last year and it is a fantastic facility and the staff are awesome and our Bella dog loves going there.

My cat Cupcake is a regular visitor to the kennels and it is her second home. She is so well looked after and at times I think would be quite happy if I didn't show up. The costs are very reasonable and she actually gets on better with dogs since she has been holidaying there. thanks guys for looking after my best friend so well (and so often!)

Highly recommend this pet resort. My dog totally loved it and has been twice now and he drags me down the path to get there. Fabulous service and he was well looked after by the wonderful owners. Would absolutely use again as it’s so convenient for holidaying in the area.
