We re-homed a difficult, deaf American Staffie. He had lots of problems - pulling on leash, biting visitors, chewing our valuables, not responding to training, reacting to dogs and he was highly anxious. We had to get him looked after if we went out. Then he wouldn't let sitters into the house. The council became involved when he bit a speech pathologist who came to the house. We knew he couldn't be re-homed. When we contacted Canone Revolution we were desperate. When Krypto came back from the board and train we felt hopeful. We had a window of opportunity to save our boy. Jim gave us the tools we needed and we continued training with lots of useful advice from Jim when we needed it. Krypto still needs lots of attention but now we enjoy him and there is no doubt that he is ours for good. Thank you, Jim for saving our wonderful boy!

Thanks so much for taking care of my Russian blue beaker. He is very chatty spoilt and demanding and you gave him all the love and attention whilst he was in your care even providing me with photos . I know when hes stressed as he loses weight quickly, but he was still chonky and very happy when I collected him, you must have bathed him because he smelt good!! Cheers guys xxxx

We are extremely happy with the care our beautiful girl bella gets every time we take her to Pets Park Boarding Kennels and Cattery. Nothing is ever too much of a problem. She is always fresh clean and happy which is nice to see they are looking after my beautiful girl . Highly recommend this kennel to anyone. Good price and peace of mind. You guys rock

We recently placed our aged cat Oscar (18 years) into the Wingham Pet Motel for several weeks. The care and attention he was given was exlempory. Rosalind continued to let us know how he was going by phone and texts. She also sent pictures via text or Facebook and kept us in the loop at all times on how he was. We never at any stage worried that Oscar wasn't being cared for. Rosalind is resouceful and is extremely understanding of the needs of the animals in her care. We picked up a happy, relaxed pusscat when we returned. I would recommend the Wingham Pet Motel for anyone who needs to put their cat or dog into accommodation, and happily give them 5 stars or more.

I have been using Kim’s dog grooming service for many years and cannot speak highly enough of her professional service and loving attention to dogs whilst they are in her care for grooming. I highly recommend Kim to anyone seeking to have their dog or cat washed and groomed.

So grateful to Dr Laoise and her friendly staff at Casuarina Seaside Vet who came to the rescue during the floods providing for the care of our beloved dog. So compassionate and professional, a wonderful outcome.

Staff we're very friendly & gave warm recognition upon entering the store, a refreshing change from other local pet store businesses. Buddy is a regular at Newcastle Pet Resort for daycare and boarding. Buddy never wants to come home when we pick him up ... Can't recommend this place highy enough! Anna
