Hi, I'm Anna. Being active is in my blood. I grew up on a farm, rode horses and ran competitively as a youngster before turning to the bicycle for my endorphin fix and mode of transport. When I got pregnant I was determined to maintain my strength and fitness but my body had other ideas. After a very challenging nine months I turned to Pilates to help me in my recovery.
