This gym has the best instructors. There professional but fun and energetic and very helpful whether it be about exercise or what healthy foods to eat and provide supplements. Everyone should come and have a look and support this amazing local gym.

Coffs Harbour Aquatic Centre has a smaller, more personable indoor heated pool. They also have additional parking available next door when it is busy which is great as nothing worse than looking for parking. Timetable and Info available on website. Love this place
