I can not recommend these guys more highly if I tried. We had multiple people look at our broken A/C. Was charged for repairs which didn't work, quoted astronomical prices for repairs which may not work. Ian walked in and within minutes he had diagnosed the actual fault and ordered the parts. In just over a week we had air con again after 3 months of stuff arounds with other companies. He saved us over $1,500 by knowing his stuff. I will never go anywhere else now.

Thanks so much to Brett for going above and beyond fixing a difficult electrical emergency yesterday. He was very knowledgeable , amazingly quick and checked in after hours to make sure the rest of the process had gone to plan and that we were alright . Can not fault the service and professionalism . I would just like to convey our most sincere thanks to you and your wonderful staff for the prompt, polite, patient and efficient manner in which our air-conditioning problems were quickly rectified. I must sincerely apologise, If during the course of this issue, I briefly placed you into the category of Most Businesses I have dealt with, for this is not the case. I felt that the urgency of our problem quickly became your level of urgency and I was able to step back from the issue, focus on my own work, knowing that my concerns were competently being dealt with. Normally I would have to be crawling all over the issue 100%, however in this case I was able to relax and leave it completely in your hands. I can't thank you and your staff enough. What I can do is put the good name of your Firm out there into the public arena at every available opportunity, and I will. You can be assured that if I ever require services relating to the nature of your expertise I will be contacting your firm.
