Lots of our clients start with simple exercise programs like water therapy to help them get moving again in a safe, pain-free environment. This might be followed by adjustments to their diet to improve their gut and emotional health, relaxation classes to reduce stress and personal counselling sessions called, "Talk Time", to give them an opportunity to talk about any unresolved issues.
