Jamie came out just over a week ago for a warranty issue on my oven cooktop, was on time, professional & ordered the part required to fix it. He was back out today with a colleague (apologies can't remember the name) & both once again professional, installed the new cooktop on the oven & done in 20 odd minutes. Thank you :)
