I run a mixed 2hr session, first half is weapons Kata and pairs practise with Boken, Shinai and Jo. Then we train in Aikido techniques from various forms of attack. We train in a fully equipped Dojo (training hall) with 90 square metres of matted softfall area, all in a tranquil bush setting.
