Welcome to Elements Health & Fitness (formerly known as Elements Mind Body Studio). Feel the difference at Elements. A locally owned gym and group fitness studio in Ballarat that offers a large range of classes to assist you on your fitness and wellness journey. ​ We opened our doors back in January 2017 and only offered group fitness classes including Barre Attack, Pound, Body Balance, Body Combat, Body Pump, GRIT, Sprint, Yin Yoga, Pilates, Yoga, Boxing, Circuits, HIIT, Meditation, Qi Gong and much more. We wanted to bring exercise and mindset together. ​ Tailored personal training and healing sessions, such as Reiki and Crystal Light Bed is also available. ​ We moved locations to 97 Herford Street in January 2020, installed a full gym fit-out of Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment for our members to use outside of our classes. Fob key access is available for those wanting to use the gym outside of reception times.
