Rejuvenate Pilates' founder Kerryn Smith knows first-hand what it feels like to be in a body that doesn't move well. Her journey began over 15 years ago when she was diagnosed with scoliosis and spinal arthritis. After trialling myriad therapies, Kerryn discovered Pilates had helped provide relief from her chronic pain. With consistent, regular practice she regained movement in her spine, increased her strength and found a way to sustain a healthy weight. Through Pilates, Kerryn transformed her life from debilitating agony to becoming an active and mobile mother of two lively daughters. Kerryn's dream is to continue assisting others to replace pain and suffering with a sense of vitality and natural movement.

Hi. I'm Lisa. Welcome! I am the founder of the Yoga and Meditation Lounge, which was originally opened in Cleveland, Brisbane in 2011. After working with students and clients here for over a decade, I sold the studio operation in 2022, and moved to the Sunshine Coast, where I'm now enjoying the coast life and all it offers. Zenko yoga was founded by Lauren Verona in 2014 after selling her 2 yoga studios, Kozen in Melbourne and moving with her family to the Sunshine Coast for a lifestyle change. Zen means the 'contemplative state’ and Ko is the Japanese word for child. The aim of yoga, and Zenko is to bring the mind back to a child like state, free of anxiety and concern. The name Zenko, was created, as most of Lauren's ideas were, through meditation. Her original studios were called 'Kozen' and the terms were reversed when opening up the 3rd and 4th studio in Queensland. Zenko Yoga opened its doors with ten classes per week and have more than quadrupled with 4 studios across the Sunshine Coast (and perhaps more to come) offering over 20 classes each per week. Zenko Yoga is often referred to by it's members as a healing sanctuary and the minute you step foot in the door, you discover that for yourself. We support local businesses and schools, hold community events, exhibit at lifestyle expos, support charities, host workshops and invite guests to share our space. We offer a range of therapies in house for clients to complement their practice and growth as they enter the yoga journey. Susan Hayden is a certified Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner. She uses techniques that work with the subconscious mind to permanently transform and reprogram outdated and unproductive behaviours, including limiting beliefs and thought patterns. Susan has a passion for whole-food plant-based eating and is an advocate for the teachings of Anthony Williams, the ‘Medical Medium’. She has overcome her own decade-long chronic health issue by using food to help heal and nourish her body. Susan is also a yoga teacher who specialises in both the Vinyasa and Yin yoga methodologies. Her love for yoga has expanded exponentially over the past 25 years and the insights and personal growth it has afforded her has become fundamental to her day-to-day life.

Jodi has and always will have a love of the ballet barre. After moving to Melbourne at 17 to study her Diploma in Classical Dance Jodi was involved in a serious car accident and told she was unable to perform. Disheartened to hear this news, Jodi went in search of other forms of exercise and fell in love with barre classes. Jodi began teaching barre in Melbourne and decided to leave her office job in pursue of becoming a full time barre babe expert! Jodi has been teaching since 2012 and has well over 500 hours of barre teaching experience. A qualified Barre, Yoga, Pilates, and Qi Gong instructor , Jodi's years of teaching experience is shown throughout her classes as she provides a fun yet challenging class focusing on technique (all that classical ballet training 17+ years came in handy!) which ultimately gives you really quick RESULTS.
