With two kids under 5 we are here often, and every time over the past two years we have received OUTSTANDING service and advice. We have seen about 5 doctors at this practice and each and every one of them I have been pleased with. I can't thank them enough for their thorough explanation of conditions, honest opinions and alternative treatment plans. It is so refreshing to be talking with doctors who give genuine and heartfelt advice without patronising their clients. I cannot highly recommend them enough.. all the staff at Golden Beach Medical Centre.

Ive been training with Andrew for over 2 years now, & believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers on the Coast. After a couple of changes in my life 2 yrs ago I needed to put myself first again. Andrew has & continues to stay focused on helping me achieve my goals & makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased & Ive seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift gradually heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session as well as seeing the results in the mirror. I find I actually look forward to my workouts & it wasn't long and I was training two nights a week with Andrew. My job can be stressful from day to day & I treat my training as a catch up with a friend who not only trains me to build my strength, tone & achieve my personal goals but a great way to de-stress & chat with a friend who offers support.
