I am also certified as a Qi Gong Instructor and I teach two groups a week in Qi Gong. Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing experience and regular Shiatsu sessions help to prevent the build up of stress. Common conditions helped by Shiatsu include: back pain,headaches,whiplash and neck stiffness, joint pain, menstrual pain, digestive problems, asthmatic symptoms, sport injuries,depression and stress.
