As a student of the centre for over three years, I highly recommend the classes for anyone seeking to grow and change in positive ways, as well as those who feel they would benefit from a better understanding of themselves and those around them. While I find it difficult to accurately describe the Overcoming Problems classes, the effect they have had on me has been quite profound and overwhelmingly positive. I have learnt to develop an increased awareness of myself and the people around me, find that I have become a far more compassionate and accepting person and have developed a view that has enabled me to make huge changes in my life that previously I had been unable too. I have also seen many other students benefit in similar ways.

I am so lucky that we came across Personal Profiling and met Rebecca. She is has such a warm, welcoming and calm presence and really puts you at ease when you enter her office. She has a great sense of humour so even when bringing up tough conversations, she helps take the edge off. She is very insightful and already we are seeing huge benefits within our relationship, after only a few sessions. She has gone above and beyond to help me, even out of her own free time.
