She works within a person-centered and strength-based framework, seeing therapy as an opportunity to utilize and build upon each client’s existing skills and strengths. Sarah has experience working with clients across the lifespan, from adolescents through to aged care residents. She values working with clients of all ages, diverse cultural backgrounds and the LGBTQAI+ community. Sarah’s experience has come from working in private practice, non-government organizations, the Older Peoples Mental Health Service within NSW Health, and Psycho-Oncology. Sarah provides assessment and interventions which are individually tailored to each clients needs and circumstances.
