Julie was absolutely amazing and I couldn't recommend her more! After injuring my back at work and being in pain for over 3 months despite seeing another physio I was convinced I would have to live with this pain forever. Julie proved me wrong, she did a complete injury analysis, came up with a thorough treatment plan with a timeline of differing treatments, home stretches, and exercises to strength up all my muscle loss from being immobile for so long.
