Dr Ziggy took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. I was made to feel completely at ease and confident that I was doing the right thing for my beloved Bella, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. What touched me most was the way Toby sat down with me for much needed encouraging words of comfort before I faced the inevitable.
