John absolutely "saved my bacon". We were two days out of a property settlement when it was discovered that the pump and filter had basically deteriorated (and flooding the garage). I recently needed to replace my filter as it was well over 10 years old and started to notice leaks in O rings and low pressure in the pool. I contacted Jim's Pools and they connected me with Jason as the local representative. Jason moved his schedule to come and have a look that evening and gave us an honest assessment and booked us in for 2 days later. Not only was he professional, easy going and knowledgeable, he had a new filter installed and converted us to a salt pool within 48 hours. This is notable as it is December and a week before Christmas when his schedule was extremely busy. I was impressed with his knowledge and very happy to have his team now servicing my pool going forward.
