Good service with phone calls and emails. However I wanted a small dent in the vehicle, with out having to paint at all! It seems they do not use the "dent-less" process, but their advert says they "fix dents" of course! Not that way?

A+ facility. Workshop is clean and well maintained. Looks like they have a lot of new, expensive fancy tools and machines. The waiting room is like being at home, chilling out watching TV.
