Good service with phone calls and emails. However I wanted a small dent in the vehicle, with out having to paint at all! It seems they do not use the "dent-less" process, but their advert says they "fix dents" of course! Not that way?

Coolum Motors was established in 1980, and purchased by Stephen Houghton in 2010. Stephen finished his apprenticeship in the UK before moving to the Caribbean where he managed a multi franchise dealership for 10 years. When Stephen bought Coolum Motors, there were only 2 staff. Now we have 9 staff with over 65 years of collective experience. Here at Coolum Motors we strive for the highest standard of work and treat your vehicle as our own. We have always had an interest in motorsport and our team takes part in competition and sponsor young upcoming motor vehicle racing teams. A+ facility. Workshop is clean and well maintained. Looks like they have a lot of new, expensive fancy tools and machines. The waiting room is like being at home, chilling out watching TV. Never have I had a mechanic treat me so well. These guys are honest, well priced and reliable. The follow up customer service is unreal. I 100% recommend!

Excellent experience, reliable, prompt, friendly and kind and will go above and beyond. I 100% recommend Todd and his team at Browns Autobahn! The experience well exceeded my expectations. My car's air con stopped working and I had already called 4 places who all said they couldn't fit me in for between 2 and 3 weeks. I'm 8 months pregnant and it's unbearable to have to drive in 37 degree heat in summer without air con. I came across Browns Autobahn, gave them a call and Todd told me they'd fit me in the very next morning! They re-gassed the car completely fixing the air con issue but also gave the car back in much better condition than when it arrived. The small touches like vacuuming the front seat floors and washing the outside before giving the car back didn't go unnoticed. It's these kinds of experiences that create a loyal customer base and I will definitely be back and recommending them to others :) Such a brilliant service overall 🙌
