Located in my own beautiful backyard and a granny flat, you can come and share your worries and fears with me. Problem shared is a problem halved. I too have been through life, had my own share of mental health ordeals so I do understand feeling those fears and worries that scares us at times. My path to healing started many years ago while I was studying psychology but the way I looked at healing was more of a holistic one.
