She works within a person-centered and strength-based framework, seeing therapy as an opportunity to utilize and build upon each client’s existing skills and strengths. Sarah has experience working with clients across the lifespan, from adolescents through to aged care residents. She values working with clients of all ages, diverse cultural backgrounds and the LGBTQAI+ community. Sarah’s experience has come from working in private practice, non-government organizations, the Older Peoples Mental Health Service within NSW Health, and Psycho-Oncology. Sarah provides assessment and interventions which are individually tailored to each clients needs and circumstances. We aim to help you to understand your strengths and weaknesses in a range of formats, including individual therapy, groups, and assessments. We offer individual therapy with experienced professionals that are focused on helping you to grow in the way you want and are aiming for. We also offer groups as a way to connect with others that are struggling with the same issues as you. Groups can be a more cost-effective way to receive the support you need and can be attended as a stand-alone treatment or as an addition to individual sessions you're attending (here, or with another Psychologist).
