I'm Renae Elliott - A Mum of 2 kids, a wife, a daughter & a personal trainer for over 12 years. I have a passion for helping people find a healthy balance in their life. I want you to be able to live your best life with no restrictions & no guilt. Being a trainer for the past 12 years I have been able to transform many women's lives - my approach is different. I help you find what works for you, what suits your lifestyle, the situation you are currently in, and where you have been before. So exercise doesn't feel like a chore. So you can be social and not have guilt and so you can run on the beach with your kids and not feel self-conscious. There is not a one size fits all approach to finding your balance because we are all unique. We have our own path to follow. I empower you to understand what works for you for your body. Not what you think you should be doing because of what you have seen on social media or been told by a friend. I guide you to make decisions that align with you so you will be able to stick to what you're doing forever, embrace the body you have and live your best life.
