Called into your butchery on Wednesday the 4th. The place felt good and the display was excellent. We bought a variety of meats and, as we need to come to Rocky occasionally, thought we had found a good old fashioned butcher shop to come back to. I think you must have an apprentice in the back who needs further training. Of the sirloin steak, the biggest one had muscle more like chuck steak than sirloin. I enclose a photo of your otherwise excellent lamb loin chops and wonder how a cutlet could have got in there. Probably the smallest eye I have seen on a chop. Having spent a life station killing cattle and sheep, I am disappointed .

Their eye fillet steak is the best in town. The staff are very friendly, helpful and quick. The best place to get steak and kidney,rolled rib roast, liver and fat for rendering. Also their gluten free, preserve free sausages delicious.
