I'm Claire, a mother of two school-aged children, and a professional counsellor. I have previous experience in the mental health sector, working with severe mental illness and psychosocial disability in my early career. I have worked with people across the lifespan, from ages 4 into their late 60's and beyond. My passion lies in supporting children to overcome obstacles, develop life skills and live to their full potential, as well as supporting parents to build their self-care to ensure the best outcomes for the whole family. I provide support and solutions with the best interest of the client at heart. I am registered with the Australian Counselling Association (level 1) and adhere to the ethical requirements of registration as a professional counsellor, including ongoing professional development and clinical supervision.
