It achieves this in 3 ways: 1. Operating a shop where people in our community may come to purchase good quality items at low cost. 2. Using excess funds raised to provide greater assistance to the community in line with our charter as a not-for-profit charity. 3. Providing support to other organisations in the Noosa area who are involved with the community. Minzenmay Poeta traces its roots back to the beginning of Minzenmay Jewellers, nestled on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula—a testament to three generations of unwavering family dedication. In 1911, Wilhelm Friedrich Minzenmay laid the foundations of exquisite watchmaking in Haifa, Palestine. Following the trials of the Second World War, the family’s journey found a new home in Mornington, Australia, meandering through Belgrave, Victoria, before thriving in the heart of Mornington. It remains the longest standing small business in Mornington today, and now our legacy extends to the French Quarter in Hastings Street, Noosa Heads.
