A+C Environmental Lawn & Garden Care (Amanda and Carter) have been looking after my lawns, weeding my garden beds, and trimming my bushes and trees since December 2018, nearly two years. I have found them to be very professional, helpful, friendly, personable, flexible and prompt. I always receive a program for the year ahead, and a text message on the day prior advising me of the time they will arrive the next day, or reschedule in the event of inclement weather. I would happily recommend A+C Environmental Lawn & Garden Care to anyone who wants their lawns and gardens cared for.

Med-Psych psychology is an effective mental health practice offering face-to-face services in Newcastle and Canberra and telehealth Australia-wide. We recognise that it’s a big step to trust someone, and we respect that trust. Our team aims to provide a welcoming and comfortable space for all our clients. We have several programs that use cutting-edge research to provide the best evidence-based care to our clients. Our practice can assist with clinical psychology, gut-brain axis psychology and psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. We also offer services, including NDIS behaviour support, and we are an NDIS-registered provider.

I personally look after clients from first telephone contact to the end of counselling. I still love my profession after 20 years. I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. I am a Medicare, Dept of Veteran Affairs, NDIS, WorkCover provider. Medicare rebates available to clients with a Gp referral. I assist clients tackle problems they face, for example, depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, parenting, relationships and workplace issues. I offer a mobile service to the aged person unable to attend a centre. I provide flexibility and offer after hours appointments for those who work 9 to 5. I also offer a "walk and talk" option for mums and bubs or for those who would like this option.
