Each class is 1 hour in duration and consists of a quality warm up, a variety of high intensity exercise stations and a whole group warm down. A Bootcamp is a type of group physical training conducted in a social and motivating environment. Bootcamps are designed to build strength and aerobic fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over the course of 1 hour. G-FIT Bootcamps go 3 Sessions a week for 8 weeks. G-Fit Townsville also offers Personal Training, Kids Training and training for Sporting Teams.

Great gym environment and great equipment and the gym offers great personal training with Shayne. It also offers great group classes with my favourite being pilates, boxfit and pump.
