Fit for Kings isn't just any gym. It's a place where you feel safe, comfortable, for just being you, not matter your fitness levels, personal goals you want to achieve. The support they offer is priceless, truly priceless. They don't have unrealistic ways to meet your goals. They personally tailor everything for you to achieve your own individual goals taking your likes and dislikes into consideration no matter what.. They are the most humbleness, genuine gym I have come across, and I've come across quite a few... I wish with all of my heart that they were closer to me... unfortunately I had to move 8hrs away. I highly recommend Fit For Kings. If you're the person who wants to show up, complete your goals and not to stand in front of a mirror just to admire yourself... They truly have amazing coaches, The owners are so very humble, supportive, I was very lucky to be supported by one of them. their words of wisdom, and encouraged has not only transformed my body but my mind set to. The two WODs were programmed really well! It was a great workout that left me feeling satisfied. I look forward to dropping in again! I really enjoyed it when I dropped in with Matt at Crossfit Maitland. He was a friendly great coach. Everyone was friendly here. The gym itself is also well laid out.
