The Wallaby Hotel is without doubt the best venue to see live bands . Great atmosphere great staff and the dining experience is awesome. Our band played at the Evolution Foundation gig on Sunday 13th Oct and they really looked after us.

What a lovely evening once again at the Helensvale Tavern. We are regular patrons of the Tavern over a number of years. We feel we should make a comment in regard to the service we receive. One staff member in particular has always demonstrated an efficient and very pleasant contact with all her customers. We appreciate her consideration and the lovely reception we get on every visit to your establishment by the lovely Sarah. In these days Sarah is an example of what service is, in every respect. We have lived in Upper Coomera for over 4 yrs and this is the first time we have visited The Wattle. The staff were very friendly and helpful and advised that the place has just gone through a remodel.. it looks great. We ordered the fisherman’s basket and rump steak which were well priced. The food was cooked well and the salads were fresh which was great to see. Chips were awesome. The only negative was the prawns in the basket were a little tough but overall very happy. Glad we decided to give the place a go. Highly recommend a visit.

Went for lunch today was disappointed, got prawn & bacon skewers as my main meal, prawns undercooked some were still translucent I couldn't eat them, I did tell the waitress who said she would tell the chef, ordered plain schnitzel came out with parmigiana they did change it . Ordered well done eye fillet it was a little undercooked but not too much. We go quite regular so was a little disappointed with our meals today.

We recently had dinner at the Waterfire Restaurant at the Boat House Tavern for my birthday and it was wonderful, it's one of my favourite places to eat at, the food is always amazing! The service could be improved as sometimes there are not enough staff on and so it means you have to wait longer for your meals, although this means more drinking and socialising while you wait :)

Good spot for a casual beer with a mate. come here regularly and never had an issue with service. gets pretty busy but depends when you go. like to play pool with a mate so its a perfect place to chill out.

Bigfamishedbear says it was good having a lift from the car park to the restaurant. They went here to have a meal while catching up with friends. Very helpful and friendly staff. The dining room was quite full but it was not too noisy. The food was on the better side of pub food and there were also specials for seniors.

CSi Club Southport has played an important part in the Southport community for over 50 years. It all began with a group of working-class locals who would meet each Sunday to enjoy a few cold beers and a yarn at the location where our Club now stands. During one of these catch ups, the decision was made to form their own Trade Union Club, and so the hard work of raising funds and community support began. It was in 1967 that their dream became a reality and on the site of the old Southport Railway Station they opened the doors to the Southport Workers Club. After extensive renovations, the decision was made to rebrand as CSi Club Southport inc. We now host alfresco dining in The Laneway restaurant, 199 gaming machines, five full service bars, live & free entertainment every Friday & Saturday night, state of the art TAB & KENO facilities, multiple function & event spaces, a giant kidz zone with jungle gym, and over 300 car parks around the club, including a multi-level car park located at the back of the club off Railway Street.
