My experience with Alpine was amazing! My Chiq fridge, purchased via Appliances Online, was not working properly after only 10 months, so I was referred to Alpine to book a technician. This process only took 2 days from my first phone call to the technician attending - which, considering how close to Xmas it is, was absolutely incredible!
