At Life Without Barriers, we help change peoples' lives for the better. Our non-for-profit social purpose organisation works in more than 300 communities across Australia, This equals to supporting just over 11,500 people living in their own homes or in residential houses that we manage. Our commitment is to helping those in need. We provide support to those who are homeless, seeking refugee, elderly and people with disability or mental illness in Wollongong. Aged care, drug counselling and foster care are just a few of the many services we offer. In order to make a lasting impact on the lives of the people we support, we also work in partnership with the community, elders, government and private sector. Our goal is to provide the care needed and requested by the individual. As a Wollongong charity focused on supportive counselling services, we work one-on-one to ensure care is personalised and tailored specifically on a case-by-case basis.
