Ive tried all kinds of therapy and counselling- but Essy just clicked for me. Her kind heart and empathetic nature make her such a beautiful support person. She has introduced me to Reiki, hypnosis and regular counselling. Her hypnosis work makes you feel super safe, which was a really big concern of mine, but I always feel really comfortable and at home in her office. Reiki forms the foundation of our practice creating a platform of compassion and integrity. We believe the more we practice the Reiki principles, giving ourselves daily Reiki treatments, meditating and being mindful the greater the gifts are that we can share (with our fellow man and woman). It's like playing golf or the piano well. It's like art or public speaking, the more you practice the more proficient you become. And so it is that Reiki, which includes our self-treatment, the Reiki principles as well as our mindfulness practices, underpins all aspects of our daily lives.
