Anthony's Personal Training & FitnessIve been training with Andrew for over 2 years now, & believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers on the Coast. After a couple of changes in my life 2 yrs ago I needed to put myself first again. Andrew has & continues to stay focused on helping me achieve my goals & makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased & Ive seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift gradually heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session as well as seeing the results in the mirror. I find I actually look forward to my workouts & it wasn't long and I was training two nights a week with Andrew. My job can be stressful from day to day & I treat my training as a catch up with a friend who not only trains me to build my strength, tone & achieve my personal goals but a great way to de-stress & chat with a friend who offers support.
