Mackies installed our stand-alone system a few years ago and it works great. Since then, I have had them instal a smaller system on a shed, do some annual maintenance and software upgrades which costs about the same annually as the daily grid connection charge and I don't get any other bill for the energy I use! They even did a service on my backup generator. They can monitor my system remotely and it is set up to suit our needs. If the batteries are low but not critically low over night, the backup generator is programmed to start at a respectable time in the morning. I feel totally confident that I have a more reliable power system than anything a power authority could offer and that Mackies will be there to assist when called upon to assist. We recently had J & L Cross attend and fix a warranty job on our refrigerator. While there we asked the technician about our washing machine, which he also arranged for a part to be ordered and subsequently repaired. All of this was carried out within a very reasonable time frame. They were wonderful people to deal with and the service man that attended was very friendly and courteous. I could not recommend them highly enough. This is a company I will be using in the future

Big thank you to Bec and the boys for a very quick and efficient response to a hot water “crisis “. could not thank Jay (the owner) and his team enough. Especially Shane. He helped me get to the cause of my air conditioning problems and fix it with ease, when so many could not. He also did a fantastic job with a deep clean. Despite being so busy Jay worked hard to fit me in as soon as possible. Great customer service, honest and reliable. Shane knows exactly what he is doing, explaining everything to me as he went along simply, so I could understand, gave me very good advice. And had so much patience with all the questions I had for him. Nothing was a bother or too big or small to do. After getting the run around from so many different companies and Tradies, I really started to loose hope in getting my air con fixed & lost faith that there might be some decent people still out there. JVK ELECTRICAL restored my faith.🙏

Same day service!!! Replace the fan in our cool room and a few other issue we had from the previous company which they said couldn’t be repaired but blue diamond repaired it, highly recommend, quick and efficient and almost half the price of what I was quoted elsewhere, a very honest and nice guy! Will be recommending them to everyone I know!
