Coming from a very cold hospital room, having been pumped full of cold chemo for the past 7 hours, I was so looking forward to warm home!! No such luck - all sorts of flashing lights, Error this and that and a solution: call a specialist! I did, Richard who was just leaving work (Friday night) to go home, however, he made a detour and in the dark with just torch he fixed it! Apparently there was a surge earlier in the day and the older models (mine's very much older) tend to throw a hissy after a surge... It would have been a very cold weekend!!! Thank you Richard for your kindness and time - living in the Bay I am sometimes overwhelmed with the kindness of strangers!!!

Had to get aircon in my bedroom to avoid melting trying to sleep during the day for night shift. Got several Quotes from around town. Now while the cheapest is not always the best. In this case it was. Andrew's had the lowest price for a modern,efficient hence cost effective unit. They were able to fit it within Three days of accepting the quote. Plus I simply left a key out,they came in, did the job,cleaned up and locked up. I came home from day shift to a brand new fully installed split system. It doesnt get any easier than that. We have used Clements air conditioning across three houses now for both installation of new systems as well as annual servicing of exisiting units. Most recently we have had Troy doing servicing across existing units in two properties. He is an absolute asset to the company - friendly, polite, professional and considerate and explained everything as he went. We have also recently had Travis and Ethan installing a new system and they are also fantastic. My experience with Alpine was amazing! My Chiq fridge, purchased via Appliances Online, was not working properly after only 10 months, so I was referred to Alpine to book a technician. This process only took 2 days from my first phone call to the technician attending - which, considering how close to Xmas it is, was absolutely incredible! The customer service throughout the process was second to none and the technician, Will, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He even confirmed some warranty details on my fridge which I was not aware of previously. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and Appliances Online should be delighted to be associated with such an exemplary organisation. Well done all! : )

I contracted Entire Trades for a disconnect/Reconnect of my power lines to allow scaffolding for painting. They worked in with the other tasks so that I only lost power for the shortest time and gave an excellent service.
