Fully qualified and possessing an active Level 3 registration with Fitness Australia, along with a Blue Card and First Aid certification, Doug's expertise extends beyond martial arts. His profound understanding of athletic performance, team development, and personal growth is grounded in over twenty-five years of actively participating, captaining, and coaching soccer at the first-grade level. In the realm of Taekwon-do, Doug holds the prestigious title of a registered 6th Degree Black Belt, International Instructor, and Examiner with ITF Taekwon-do Australia. His instructional prowess has made him a sought-after coach for clubs, individuals, and national/international champions, having served twice as a coach for the Australian national team. Doug's commitment to personal development transcends martial arts, evident in his recent studies in Qigong and his attainment of a bachelor's degree as a mature-aged student.
